Luca Marchesi, the managing director of ROKO 316, in January 2000 moved from Italy to London. To establish his own company RECORD 316 Ltd, with the aim to distribute hygienic process equipment, Valves, Pumps and Heat Exchangers, into the Food & Beverage industry.

After 18 successful years, he decided to sell RECORD 316. In January 2018, he launched ROKO 316 Ltd. To supply validated aseptic valves and hygienic equipment to the quality critical Pharmaceutical industry.

As it was for RECORD 316, ROKO 316's business is based on strong relationships with its suppliers and customers, superb quality products, competitive prices, flexibility and reliable service, for both standard and tailor made equipment.

The core focus for ROKO 316 is specialist OEMs, Process Engineers, re-sellers and service companies.
